Missions
Donnelly Bible Church is involved in missions and outreach. We support individual missionaries domestically and abroad. And we have outreach programs for the local community such as our food pantry (The Grainery) and our wood ministry.
Wood Ministry
Our wood team is made up of volunteers from our church. They work throughout the summer to cut, split and stack cords of wood to be given out to our community. We are always looking for downed trees to be donated so we can turn them around to help others! If you are interested in helping us prepare for winter or if you need a portion of wood to sustain you, please contact our church office! Colossians 3:17
Food pantry
We are open weekly on Thursdays between 4:00pm and 5:45pm. Our goal is not only provide food for anyone in need, but to provide spiritual support through prayer and encouragement! We receive donations from local grocery stores as well as operate on donated funds through our church and generous supporters! If you'd like to support this ministry, please click the photo to learn how to do so!
Anthony and Jazlyn Hidalgo
Anthony has been active in the church in many different areas for the better part of twenty years. He has been able to serve in the Tech Ministry, Worship Ministry, Children’s and Youth Ministries, and Young Adult/ Family Ministry.
Anthony and his wife were married in 2017, and welcomed their son, Elijah, in 2021 and daughter Olivia in 2025. They have been in ministry together all those years, serving in those many church ministries. After their son was born, Anthony and Jazlyn felt the Lord leading them to have Jazlyn be in full-time “home ministry” to their son.
Anthony has a passion for youth camps and family ministries as God used these ministries to bring Him to Christ. He has a heart to serve the community and the church, and it is his view that serving at Shiloh and Donnelly Bible Church is an incredible way to do both!
Chase and STephanie Cohrac
We are the Cohrac family! Stephanie and I have been married for nearly 19 years and have been blessed with two amazing kids to love and train up in the Lord, Ellie (14) and Caleb (11).
We are so excited to be joining the team at Shiloh Bible Camp! We have served in multiple different ministries over the years, from children’s ministry to young adults, and we view the Facilities Director role as a wonderful ministry opportunity. We loved hearing about the history of the Shiloh Camp and about the depth of the discipleship programs, and it really encouraged us to be a part of it. The role of the camp facilities worker is a unique position. As the Facilities Director, I have the honor of “setting the table for the banquet of the Gospel.” We will have the responsibility of ensuring a safe and clean campus is ready for people who come to Shiloh, eager to be fed the milk and meat of the Word.
I, Chase, have a long work history in the trades, have owned a couple of construction companies, and I have worked as a Camp Caretaker for over 3 years. I love teaching the truths of Scripture and I have a heart to see people mature and grow in their faith. Stephanie has had the honor to be a stay-at-home/homeschooling momma since day one. She has a heart to worship and a passion for discipling younger women.
Troy and Melody Rankin
The Rankin’s mission is to impact the next generation for Christ by serving and supporting both Shiloh and other Christian camps around the country. It is the goal that there would be no obstacles distracting anyone from focusing on the message of God that they hear at camp. Keeping the emphasis on Christ, not the flickering light bulb or malfunctioning heater is the objective. To that end, they have been serving at camps around the country fixing toilets, painting, building, cooking, and generally doing any and every thing that camps need done to be able to serve the campers well.
While they may not be at Shiloh year round, summers spent serving there are the highlight of the year for the whole family. The vision and mission of Shiloh is what started the spark in their hearts for camp ministry. They feel blessed and honored to be able to come alongside Shiloh as traveling missionaries to further that Biblical mission both at Shiloh and throughout the country.
Mike and emily Crase
Mike, Emily and their family are serving with Christian Schools in Spain. CSS uses Christian education to evangelize and reach the nations for Christ. Mike will be serving as the Associate Director for LIFE International School and supporting CSS in opening additional schools throughout Spain. When not supporting their children with their education, Emily will be volunteering at the school and meeting with women in the community. Brent and Genevieve Halvorsen
Brent Halvorsen is excited to serve with Mission Aviation Fellowship in Nampa, Idaho, and globally. In his role as a traveling aircraft maintenance technician, he often serves MAF programs spread around the world. His desire is to help bring the light of Christ to the far reaches of the earth as seen in John 1:5.
In the summer of 2021, Brent was introduced to Genevieve at church by a mutual friend, and after his return from a month in DRC, they started talking in earnest. They were engaged in spring and married in the summer of 2022.
Genevieve currently works in the Plant Sciences Group at the J.R. Simplot Company in Boise, Idaho. Her passion is to demonstrate God’s love to others through acts of service, and she looks forward to developing closer relationships with her local church family, gaining a deeper understanding of Christian fellowship, and serving those in her community as a reflection of God’s love.
God calls the men and women of MAF to serve Him in unique ways. He may also be calling you to a special role in the Halvorsen’s ministry. Please prayerfully consider becoming a ministry partner with them through prayer and/or financial support.
Grant and Mikalee rubado
Hello we are the Rubado Family! Grant, Mikalee, Eden, Phoenix, and Selah. We both grew up in Oregon, and have moved to many different places since being married. We’ve lived in McMinnville, OR., Australia, Denver, CO., Chicago, IL., and now Cascade, ID, for the past two years. After moving here, we quickly found Donnelly Bible Church and have felt to call it home.
We serve with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) in Cascade, Idaho. Our first role here was to run a ministry called Mission Adventures. This was a summer missions training and outreach program for youth groups. However, we have now stepped into leadership of the YWAM base here. As members of the Leadership Team, we oversee the running of all the different ministries and staff here. Our focus at YWAM Idaho is to send short term teams and long term workers to the unreached areas of the world, the places where 2% or less of the population do not know Jesus. We are working to mobilize missionaries to these places so that all nations, all tribes, all tongues will worship the name of Jesus.
If you would like to get in contact with us or would like to be added to our email list please reach out to: grant@ywamidaho.org. We would love to get to know you more, know how we can be praying for you, and would love for you to be updated on what we’re doing and how to pray for us.
Until the whole world knows! -The Rubado Family

Deb Krum
Deb is the founder of Grace Tapestries, which is a nationwide ministry of discipleship and encouragement based entirely on God’s Word and centered around the Gospel. In 2007, Deb Krum and the ministry board of directors, formed a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Since then this ministry of the Lord has sought to encourage women in their true life in Christ. Through yearly gatherings (Roots Up), retreats, Bible studies, weekly conference calls and one-on-one discipleship, a Gospel-rich foundation is being established in women’s lives, the impact of which has spread to marriages and families. Over the years the Lord has added more women to serve alongside Deb as teachers and encouragers.
By one Gospel-rich conversation at a time we go “further up, further in” Christ!

Andrew and Brittany Henness
Andrew was born in Illinois and moved often throughout his childhood, living in California, Nevada, Maryland, and beyond. After graduating high school in Las Vegas, he served in the U.S. Army for 13 years, working on the PATRIOT Missile System and traveling around the world. Through both the challenges and blessings of military life, God was faithfully at work, even during a season in Germany when Andrew’s heart was far from Him. By His mercy and grace, the Lord drew Andrew back, using both youth and camp ministry, deepening his desire to serve Christ and His church.
Brittany grew up primarily in Montana, with additional time in Idaho and Arizona. She owned a bakery in Montana for years and is an incredible baker (Andrew may be a bit biased.) She has a heart for hospitality, service, and encouraging others in their walk with the Lord. Andrew and Brittany met through a Christian singles group and were married in October 2024. They share a passion for hospitality ministry and for pointing people to Jesus through both word and action.
As Shiloh Missionaries, They will serve part-time during the school year, while Andrew is finishing his Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling from The Master’s University, and full-time during the summer. He will be filling multiple roles in camp operations and discipleship. Brittany will primarily volunteer in the kitchen, but will also serve wherever she is needed. Their family mission is to glorify God by faithfully proclaiming Christ, making disciples, and serving the body of Christ with humility and joy. They are excited to join the ministry at Shiloh Bible Conference, coming alongside campers, staff, and the local community so that the Gospel might be clearly proclaimed and Christ might be glorified.
Briana Drummond
Before coming to Shiloh full-time I was a Program Coordinator at a Food Pantry in Indianapolis, IN. I did a lot of data tracking and reporting as well as assisted in many financial aspects. Before that, I worked as an Inventory Analyst for a product management company. Although both of those places provided me with a lot of great experience and expertise, I think they were really just stepping stones for getting me here. They set me up well for this position and I am thankful, that although those roles never felt very right for me, God was using them to teach and prepare me for ministry at Shiloh.
Ever since I stepped onto Shiloh property for the first time in 2020, I have been in love with the mission here and have seen the clear impact being made on people! I have been serving at Shiloh Summer Camps for the past 4 years now and have loved being a part of impacting campers for Christ. I am beyond excited to not only continue to be here for the summers but to get to carry out the mission of Shiloh throughout the entire year! There is something very unique about Shiloh and I am honored to be a part of it!
ANDREW AND DAWN TLUCEK
A third generation missionary on both sides of the family, Dawn knew she wanted to be a missionary since she was a young girl growing up in Haiti as a missionary kid. She joined the RMI team in April 2018. Dawn helped teams coordinate their trips to Haiti to visit their C3 partner churches, helped host the teams at the Zanglais Ministry Center, and accompany teams to their Sister Churches.
Andrew spent his early years growing up on his family’s farm in Idaho. His parents went to Port-au-Prince, Haiti in 2006 as missionaries and he spent his high school years there. He felt God calling him to become a missionary who enabled others to be disciple makers through education. He spent his college years getting equipped where he received his MBA and PhD in Higher Education administration.
How God brought Andrew and Dawn together is a Hallmark-worthy story. They were married in 2021 and it has been an adventure ever since with the addition of their three sons named Layton, Owen, and Everett. Dawn and Andrew served in Haiti until 2025 and are now transitioning to minister in the Dominican Republic where they will be co-founding the Ezra Institute – School of Leadership.
